One Year Limited Warranty

on All Delfy Products

At Delfy, we strive to make products that surpass your expectations. Part of our commitment to make this happen is to use the finest components known by us and adhere to rigorous manufacturing standards.

We guarantee that all Delfy products are free from physical defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, when used within the limits set forth in the User's Guide.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper care, nor does it cover cosmetic damages due to normal "wear and tear" of the product. Warranty claims become void if the product is tampered with in any way. We reserve the right to revise or update the product, accessories, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity.

📦 How to File a Warranty Claim

If the product fails under normal usage, please contact customer support at support@Delfy.com to obtain instructions on how to return the defective product for evaluation.

  • Include your proof of purchase (or a photo of it)
  • Use original packaging if possible
  • Return requests cannot be processed without a receipt

If your receipt is lost, warranty starts 3 months after the product’s release date in your region. Shipping, insurance, import duties or taxes are not covered by the warranty.

If inspection confirms a defect in materials or workmanship, Delfy will, at our option, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable item.

In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product.

This warranty does not cover — and we will not be liable for — loss, theft, or any incidental or consequential damages caused by using the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary by location.


Delfy's Broken Glass Replacement (BGR) Program

Delfy's glass screen protectors are made to be durable and protect your device. However, accidents happen — and this program gives you peace of mind.

If your SafiGlass, SafiGlass Plus, AspidaGlass, or AspidaGlass Plus cracks, you’re eligible for up to 3 replacements for just half the retail price per unit.

Think of it as insurance for your screen protector.

  1. Save the broken product
  2. Email support@Delfy.com with your proof of purchase
  3. Our team will walk you through the replacement process

Available only in the US, Canada, and the EU. (Shipping and handling fees may apply.)

The BGR program is subject to product availability. If your model is discontinued, Delfy may offer a different replacement product or online store credit at our discretion.
